7 Chakras

What is a Chakra? Learn about the 7 Chakras - the body's energy centers, what influences they have on your body and mind, and how you can learn to balance them for better overall health and wellness.

In this two part workshop, we will explore each chakra - driving forces, signs of instability, emotions and responses, colors, poses for each chakra, and meditations to practice

Each of two evenings will be divided into 3 parts: 60 minute of lecture about the chakras, 30-minute Vinyasa practice designed to awaken the spinal energies and balance the chakras, followed by a 30 minutes of guided meditation to align and energize each chakra (2 hours in total each evening).

This will be a fun and informative workshop for anyone with, or without yoga experience.

Part 1: Thursday, September 7th 5:30-7:30p
Part 2: Thursday, September 14th 5:30-7:30p
