Welcome To Downtown Eau Claire

We are DECI, Downtown Eau Claire, Incorporated, your partner in keeping the heart of this vibrant and welcoming city. Nestled along the Chippewa River, Downtown Eau Claire is where local shops, restaurants, music venues, galleries, and events all come together to create a one-of-a-kind experience.

Whether you are strolling the riverfront, discovering a new favorite spot in an independent boutique, grabbing dinner before a show, or dancing in the street at one of our festivals, there is always a reason to come downtown.

Love this place? You can support downtown by shopping local, becoming a DECI member, volunteering, or sponsoring one of our signature events.

Join the energy, connect with your community; "that's my downtown."
