Join us downtown for the annual DECI Awards! Enjoy an evening of laughs and networking while we look back and celebrate 2024 in the downtown community. Enjoy music from Caleb Horne during the reception with cash bar, heavy appetizers and raffle!
The program includes the presenting of the DECI Volunteer of the Year Award as well as The Duckys! The Ducky's are fun awards that replaced our previous "best of" awards. Last years Duckys inlcuded, Downtown Twins Award, you know people who you get confused in emails, the winners were Jason Manz and Jason Munz. The Mrs. Kravitz Award, for the person who has a beat on the street and most likely to call the city about it, Angel Weiss of Main Street Barber was the recipient. This year we've got new Duckys which are sure to be a quack!
We'll also be awarding the Jumpstart Downtown Grant. Three new businesses to the downtown will be awarded; with first place receiving $5,000 in startup capital!
