Join DECI on November 30, from 11am to 3pm at the Haymarket Plaza and Pablo Center to get into the holiday spirit! Take your picture with Santa, sip on hot cocoa and enjoy a free trolley ride around the four downtown business districts! There will be a sign-up for the Trolley rides as spots are limited, so get there early to secure a spot!
