This program allows for businesses within the BID boundaries displays and sell items on the sidewalk area in front of their business. The window for the permitted time is from 10 am to 8 pm. With the Farmers Market and Artist Market held in Phoenix Park, there is an opportunity to continue the market shopping experience throughout the rest of Downtown. This is a great opportunity to raise visibility of what you offer on the inside, on the outside!  You’d be responsible for the set-up and clean-up of your items, as well as making sure to comply with ADA needs for mobility (make sure people can safely navigate the sidewalk). DECI will help with any questions or concerns you have! Be sure to register your business and sign the waiver below.
